Rent a counselling Rooms for Private Practice
Our consulting rooms are available for both new therapy businesses starting out or for existing therapists wishing to change location. Open 7 days a week, from 08.00 to 22.00, we offer incredible flexibility and freedom of choice with your business hours. What’s more is, you don’t need to have a contract to rent our space. We accept both one-off and long-term bookings. We offer extremely affordable counselling and therapy rooms that are some of the best priced in the city. Our prices are as follows:
- Between 08.00am – 10.00pm = £9 per hour
- Groups of 4 or more people = £15 per hour
- Treatment Room = £15 per 90 minutes

Our location
Our rooms are conveniently located at 69 Chruch Road, Hove, BN3 2BB with the street entrance on Wilbury Road (next to Baked Cafe and opposite Small Batch Coffee on Wilbury Road). We are within one minute’s walking distance of Palmeira Square where you’ll find both a Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s Local on Western Road.
We are well connected with bus routes to Hove station, on Goldstone Villas, as well as Brighton station and the historic South and North Laines where you will find the Brighton Pavilion and Brighton Dome.
There is a multi-storey car park, on Norton Road, near Hove Town Hall. This parking is open 24 hours a day and parking charges apply between 8am and 8pm. Parking is reasonably priced at £3.20 for 4 hours. Alternatively, there is street parking with a maximum stay 2-4 hours. Nearly all street parking is now easily made using your mobile. There are limited or no parking meters which take cash anymore so it is best to have your mobile well charged with battery.
